Our Processes

01

Our Mission

We work closely with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC) to create a pool of fully-trained and qualified nurses and midwives. Parallel to this, we scout talented care assistants through the UNMC networks.

02

We screen all candidates for:

• Valid passports

• Original qualification certificates

• Declaration of good health

• Police clearance certificate

• Evidence of English language

• Tuberculosis test

• Minimum required funds for airfare, visas, bank balance etc

03

We receive demand from UK care homes to recruit our nurses/ midwives/ care assistants. We then share a collection of CVs that are most well-suited to their needs.

04

Our Mission

We form a contract with the care home.

05

Our Mission

We conduct pre-departure training and provide a briefing to
‘Life in the UK’.

06

Our Mission

We support the healthcare staff to arrive safely in the UK and
reach their care home.

Our Mission

First and foremost, our mission is to bridge the gap in the UK’s ever-growing healthcare demands by supplying fully-trained and qualified nurses, midwives and care assistants. We aspire to ensure that all care home residents have access to the highest quality of care at all times. Simultaneously, by supplying healthcare staff from Uganda, our mission also serves to provide employment opportunities and reduce poverty rates in Uganda.
